摘 要:中国水电装机容量居世界第一位。当前,很多中小型发电站的水轮发电机组已运行多年,设备老化,效率偏低,有必要采用新材料、新技术以及新工艺等方式来对水轮发电机组进行增容改造,从而更新设备、增加出力、提高经济效益。本文对水轮发电机组增容改造的必要性及经济效益进行分析,并总结了机组增容改造具体方法。这些方法已历经多年,应用于大量电站的增容改造中,并取得了很好的社会经济效益。China's installed hydropower capacity ranks the first in the world.At present,many small and medium-sized power stations have been running for many years,equipment aging,low efficiency,it is necessary to adopt new materials,new technologies and new processes to increase capacity of the turbine generator set transformation,so as to update equipment,increase output,improve economic benefits.This paper analyzes the necessity and economic benefits of capacity increase and transformation of hydro-generator set and summarizes the specific methods of capacity increase and transformation of hydro-generator set.These methods have been applied to a large number of power stations for many years,and have achieved good social and economic benefits.
