摘　　要：为了顺应国家推进制造强国战略,满足智能制造产业的高级技能人才的需求。本文主要以我院“工业4.0数字化工厂实训室”为载体,介绍了整个智能生产线的组成、工作过程及要求,重点介绍了智能化生产线的监控系统组成和要求。通过该实训平台的训练,可以使学生了解智能制造产业的组成,培养学生掌握多学科的综合知识和技能,为智能制造产业提供全面和可靠的人才支撑。In order to conform to the national strategy of making China strong in manufacturing and meet the demand of advanced skilled personnel in intelligent manufacturing industry.This paper mainly introduces the composition,working process and requirements of the whole intelligent production line with the carrier of"Industry 4.0 digital factory training room"of our institute,and focuses on the composition and requirements of the monitoring system of the intelligent production line.Through the training of this practical training platform,students can understand the composition of the intelligent manufacturing industry,cultivate comprehensive knowledge and skills of multiple disciplines,and provide comprehensive and reliable talent support for the intelligent manufacturing industry.
