摘  要:本稿依据中国合格评定国家认可委员会发布的《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南(CNAS-GL06:2006)》、《材料理化检验测量不确定度评估指南及实例(CNAS-CL10:2006)》;以及全国物理化学计量委员会发布的《JJF 1059-2012测量不确定度评定及表示》、《JJF 1135-2005化学分析测量不确定度评定》,采用中国金属学会推荐技术和方法(CSM 01010106-2006)和《GB/T 28898-2012冶金材料化学成分分析测量不确定度评定》对红外吸收气体分析法测定45#钢中C元素的不确定度进行评定。试验方法按照《GB/T20123-2006钢铁总碳硫含量的测定高频感应炉燃烧后红外吸收法(常规方法)》。This draft is based on the guidelines for the evaluation of uncertainty in chemical analysis issued by China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment(CNAS-GL06:2006),guidelines and examples for evaluation of measurement uncertainty in physical and chemical inspection of materials(CNAS-CL10:2006),and JJF 1059-2012 evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty and JJF issued by National Committee of physical and chemical metrology 1135-2005 evaluation of uncertainty in chemical analysis measurement",the uncertainty of determination of C element in 45#steel by infrared absorption gas analysis was evaluated by using the technology and method recommended by China Society of metals(CSM 01010106-2006)and GB/T 28898-2012 evaluation of uncertainty in measurement of chemical composition of metallurgical materials".The test method is in accordance with GB/T 20123-2006 determination of total carbon and sulfur content of iron and steel by infrared absorption method after combustion in high frequency induction furnace(conventional method).
