摘　　要：为测试VPX地测工装中继电器卡功能能否实现,而设计了继电器卡测试卡。工作时,功能卡的32路继电器电路通过VPX连接器引入测试卡,电路信号经过模拟选择开关与AD采集电路后传输至MCU。MCU读取继电器信号,配合上位机软件控制,可判断32路继电器电路通断情况与电路负载性能是否达标。The Relay Test Card was designed for testing the Relay Function Card in Ground Test Tooling based on VPX Architecture.When it works,32 relay-circuits are led to the test card through the VPX connector,the signal of the circuits are transferred to the MCU passing through the analog select-switch and AD circuit.Under the control of the host computer,MCU reads the information and judges whether the condition of the 32 relay-circuits is on or off,the circuit load performance meet the standard or not.
