区域多制式轨道交通运输组织协同模式研究

摘　　要：采取适宜的运输组织协同模式是提升区域轨道交通系统总体效能和服务质量的重要保障。本文总结了国外部分典型区域轨道交通运输组织协同发展的特征和国内区域多制式轨道交通的发展情况,分析了协同运输组织的主要需求。在此基础上,划分了衡量多制式轨道交通运输组织协同程度的四个等级,提出了完全独立、信息共享、合作协同、主辅协同以及一体化运输组织五种协同模式,阐明了每种模式的协同形式及决策流程,分析了区域轨道交通协同运输处于不同发展阶段下适宜的协同模式,为我国区域多制式轨道交通一体化发展提供了理论基础。Adopting an appropriate transportation organization coordination mode is an important guarantee for improving the overall efficiency and service quality of the regional rail transit system.This article summarized the characteristics of coordinated transportation organization development of some typical regional rail transit in foreign countries and the development situation of domestic regional multi-standard rail transit,and analyzed the main needs of coordinated transportation organizations.On this basis,we divided the degree of coordination of multi-standard rail transportation organizations into four levels,proposed five coordination modes of complete independence,information sharing,cooperative coordination,primary and secondary coordination,and integrated transportation organization,illustrated the collaborative forms and decision processes of each coordination mode,analyzed the suitable coordination mode of transportation organization for rail transit at different development stages.The above contents provided a theoretical basis for the integrated development of China’s regional multi-standard rail transit.
