摘  要:既有结构有别于拟建结构的特点,决定了既有结构设计的要求与拟建结构设计不同。既有结构设计与评定的方法、原则一致,均应基于现场实测数据、后续使用要求及后续使用年限进行,并应遵循"最小结构处理"的原则。介绍了工程实践中后续使用年限的确定、评定内容的分类、评定方法、评定结果与处理建议,指出了既有结构设计、评定工作中常见的五个误解,供设计与评定人员参考。The characteristics of the existing structure are different from the proposed structure,which determines the different requirementsbetween the existing structural design and the proposed structural design.The methods and principles of both structural design and assess-ment should be based on the field tested data,continuous use requirements and continuous seismic working life,and should follow the prin-ciple of"minimal structural treatment".This paper introduces the determination of the continuous seismic working life,the classification ofassessed contents,the method of assessment,the results of assessment and the suggestions of treatment in the practice of engineering,andfive common misunderstandings in the design and assessment of the existing structure are pointed out,providing reference for design and e-valuation personnel.
