管道压浆料用于补强钻孔灌注桩的试验研究

摘  要:高压注浆法因施工周期短、见效快、操作工艺简单等优点,常用于补强钻孔灌注缺陷桩。与高压注浆法常用的纯水泥浆相比,管道压浆料的流动性更好,充盈度更高,强度更高,更适用于钻孔灌注桩的缺陷修补。本文通过模拟灌注缺陷桩内部状况,采用管道压浆料进行注浆试验,分析了管道压浆料的填充和补强效果。研究结果表明:灌注桩的内部状况对补强效果影响较大,当含有少量未清除杂质时,可能会导致补强效果无法达到预期;当含有大量杂质时,可能会导致注浆受到阻碍,进而影响整个注浆过程。管道压浆料能够很好地填充缺陷桩的空隙,且能大幅提高缺陷桩的强度,采用管道压浆料进行高压注浆补强钻孔灌注桩是完全可行的。High-pressure grouting method is commonly used in reinforcing the defective cast-in-place piles because of the advantages ofshort construction period,quick effect,simple operation procedure,etc.Compared with pure cement slurry commonly used in high-pressuregrouting method,cable grout has better fluidity,higher filling degree and higher strength,which is more suitable for the defect repair of cast-in-place piles.This paper analyzes the filling and reinforcing effect of cable grout by simulating the internal condition of the defectivecast-in-place piles and using cable grout for grouting test.The results show that the internal condition of cast-in-place piles has greatinfluence on the reinforcement effect.Even a small amount of impurities are not eliminated,the reinforcement effect may not reach the ex-pected;when a large amount of impurities exist,the grouting may be hindered,which will affect the whole grouting process.Cable grout canwell fill the spaces and greatly improve the strength of defective piles.It is feasible to reinforce cast-in-place piles by high pressure grou-ting with cable grout.
