目标管理和PDCA过程管理在深基础开挖工程中的综合应用

摘　　要：工程项目管理主要运用的管理方法是目标管理、过程管理和目标管理与过程管理共同作用。本文以福建中旅城深基础开挖工程项目为例进行研究。首先,根据该工程的施工特点和施工实力,明确了该深基坑开挖工程的工期目标、工程量目标、质量目标和成本目标。用PDCA循环法对钢栈桥施工的四个过程目标进行管理。从该工程的目标管理和PDCA过程管理两个方面说明、探讨了目标管理和过程管理有机结合的实际应用与意义,验证了两者有机结合共同作用对工程项目管理的优势所在。The main management methods used in engineering project management are goal management,process management and the com-bined effect of goal management and process management.This article takes the deep foundation excavation project of CITS in Fujian as anengineering example to study.Firstly,according to the construction characteristics and construction strength of the project,the constructionperiod,engineering quantity,quality and cost goals of the deep foundation pit excavation project are clarified.Then,PDCA cycle method isused to manage the four process objectives of steel trestle construction.From the two aspects of the goal management and PDCA processmanagement of the project,this paper discusses the practical application and significance of the organic combination of target managementand process management,which verifies the advantages of the organic combination of target management and process management for projectmanagement.
