摘　　要：在继生态文明、美丽乡村建设之后的乡村振兴方针政策下,科学合理发挥每一寸土地的作用,统筹规划安排乡村发展、建设,显得尤为重要。本文结合江苏省盐城市学富镇中兴街道周伙村特色文化村的规划与打造实践案例,从而摸索一套适合本土自身特色的美丽乡村建设与乡村旅游可持续发展的系统方法,以期为其他乡村的建设与规划提供一些借鉴。After the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful village,it is particularly important to play the role of every inch of land with scientific and reasonable ways,to plan rural development as a whole under the policy of rural revitalization.The thesis combines with the planning and building practice case of Zhouhuo village,Zhongxing Street,Xuefu Town,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province,which sets a systematic method for the construction of beautiful countryside and sustainable development of rural tourism according to its local characteristics.It might provide some references and experiences for the construction and planning of other villages.
