摘　　要：在整个钢铁行业转型升级的背景下,钢铁厂区的建筑改造越发紧迫与重要。本文以空间类型为分类方式,对钢铁厂建筑进行分类与价值评价,并以此为基础总结了钢铁厂建筑的改造设计策略与方式,为钢铁厂建筑改造提供了一些参考性建议。Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the whole steel industry,the construction transformation of steel plant area is becoming more and more urgent and important.Based on the classification of space type,this paper classifies and evaluates steel works buildings,and summarizes the design strategies and methods for the reconstruction of steel works buildings,and provides some reference suggestions for the reconstruction of steel works buildings.
