私人劳动和社会劳动的深化认识及其当代意义——基于新时代社会主要矛盾的思考

摘　　要：私人劳动及其社会分工体系的平衡充分发展,能够促进经济、政治、文化、社会和生态各方面的平衡充分发展,能够提供充足的物质财富、精神财富和生态财富;发展商品经济、提高商品等价交换的程度,私人复杂劳动能够简化为简单劳动,有利于坚持按劳分配原则,保障劳动者的收入水平;将科学和技术应用于生产,可以将私人复杂劳动转换为简单劳动,能够提高生产力水平,增加社会财富和劳动者可自由支配的时间和精力,三者都有助于化解新时代人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。The balanced and full development of private labor and its social division system will promote the balanced and full development of economy,politics,culture,society and ecology,and provide sufficient material wealth,spiritual wealth and ecological wealth.Developing commodity economy and improving the degree of commodity equivalent exchange will help private complex labor to be simplified into simple labor,which is conducive to adhering to the principle of distribution according to work and ensuring the income level of workers.And applying science and technology to production will transform complex private labor into simple labor and improve the level of productivity,and increase social wealth and labor s free time and energy.All these aspects discussed above can help to resolve the contradiction between the people s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development in the new era.
