摘 要:在现有中欧铁路交通格局下,土耳其“中间走廊”运输通道,相较于其北部的欧亚运输通道,其市场竞争力明显不足。但随着我国“一带一路”倡议影响力的不断拓展,面对中欧陆上集装箱运输总量的飞速增长以及中欧铁路运输主力线路面临的新情况、新问题,中欧班列不仅有了开行跨里海过境土耳其线路的必要,而且还增强了中土两国加强政策沟通、加快设施联通、促进贸易畅通的动力。尤其是在构建国际国内双循环新格局的背景下,正确认识和挖掘土耳其“中间走廊”的市场价值,有利于中欧班列规避风险、提升效率,促进国内国外两个市场的协调发展行稳致远。Under the existing China-Europe railway traffic pattern,Turkey s Middle corridor is obviously less competitive than the two Eurasian transport corridors in its north.Nevertheless,the rapid growth of the volume of China-Europe container transportation and the subsequent new problems that have emerged on the main lines of China-Europe railway transportation,have not only made it necessary for the China Railway Express to open a cross-Caspian route to Europe via Turkey,but also pushed forward the efforts in policy communication,facility connectivity,and smooth trade between China and Turkey.In the context of building a new international and domestic dual circular pattern,comprehensive understanding the market value of the Middle Corridor is significant for the China Railway Express to avoid risks,improve efficiency,and promote the coordinated development of both domestic and foreign markets.
