摘  要:在身管寿命周期内,其弹道性能会因发射过程中内膛的烧蚀磨损发生退化,表现出多状态输出特征;基于“二元状态”假设的传统可靠性分析方法不能准确地分析寿命周期内身管的多状态可靠性;针对上述问题,提出了基于K近邻聚类和性能退化的身管多状态可靠性分析方法,利用寿命周期内监测数据对身管性能状态进行聚类分析,从而建立性能退化下的多状态可靠性模型;结合身管寿命试验实例,在试验数据合理分析的基础上,划分了身管性能退化状态,进行了身管的多状态可靠性分析,并计算了可靠性度量指标,验证了方法的有效性,具有工程应用的指导意义。In gun barrel life circle,its performance will degrade because of erosion and wear in the launching process.Multi-state output feature appears.Traditional reliability analysis methods based on the binary state assumption cannot accurately analyse the reliability of multi-state of gun barrel in life cycle.According to the above problems,a multi-state reliability analysis method based on K-nearest neighbors cluster and the performance degradation is proposed.Cluster analysis on barrel performance state is carried out with monitoring data in the life circle of the gun barrel.The multi-state reliability model of the gun barrel based on performance degradation is established.By conducting an example on a test of the gun barrel,life cycle and reasonable analysis of test data,the degradation states are classified,the multistate analysis of gun barrelis done,the reliability measurement indexes are calculated,the validity of the method is verified.It can guide the engineering application.
