摘 要:针对无刷直流电机利用霍尔位置传感器换相所带来的弊端,分析了无刷直流电机的工作原理,建立了无刷直流电机的数学模型,给出了一种基于线反电势的无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制方法,不需要电机提供中线,仅需使用一路电压信号即可有效计算出转子位置信息,进而完成无刷直流电机的可靠换相。实验结果表明,所给出的方法能够有效实现无刷直流电机的无位置传感器控制。On account of the disadvantage of the proper commutation operation for the brushless DC(BLDC)motor by the Hall position sensors,the BLDC motor working principle is first analyzed.Then a novel without position sensorl control method for the BLDC motor based on the Line-to-Line Back EMF is proposed by building the mathematical model of brushless DC motor.Meanwhile,the rotor position information can be validly computed by processing only one voltage signal without the neutral line provided by motor.Therefore,the reliable BLDC commutation process can be achieved.At last,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed without position sensor control method are verified by several experimental results.
