布料方式与杆菌配比对秸秆发酵产气量的影响及优选研究

摘  要:以玉米秸秆为发酵原料,研究了秸秆与接种物以3种不同的布料方式在4种不同的配比下对发酵产气量的影响,并进一步优选出适宜的布料方式与配比。试验结果表明:杆菌混匀的布料方式以1∶30和1∶40的配比,以及上秆下菌的布料方式以1∶40的配比下,其产气量较高,而上菌下杆的布料方式无论以任何配比投料,其产气量都很低。在实际应用中,如果考虑节约成本、节省空间等因素,优选杆菌混匀的布料方式以1∶30杆菌配比为更加经济的组合。Using corn straw as fermentation material,the effects of three different distribution modes of straw and inoculum on the fermentation gas yield were studied under four different ratios,and the suitable distribution mode and ratio of straw and inoculum were further optimized.The results showed that the distribution mode of inoculum and straw mixed in a ratio of 1∶30 and 1∶40,and the distribution mode of inoculum under straw in a ratio of 1∶40,had a high gas production,while the distribution mode of straw under inoculum at any ratio had a low gas production.In practical application,if cost and space saving factors are taken into account,it is preferable to choose the distribution mode of inoculum and straw mixed in a ratio of 1∶30 as a more economical combination.
