摘 要:为研究不同焦油含量配方卷烟烟叶加工前后的常规化学成分及危害性的差异,选择3,5,8 mg·支-1焦油标称值卷烟配方作为材料,对其加工前后常规化学成分及主流烟气中有害成分为指标进行分析。结果表明,与加工前的卷烟相比较,加工后的卷烟钾含量和糖碱比增加,总氮、总糖、还原糖、烟碱、氯含量和钾氯比降低,主流烟气中总粒相物、焦油、烟碱含量及CO、氨、苯酚、B[α]P、NNK、HCN、巴豆醛等7种有害成分降低,危害性指数降低;随着焦油含量的增加,加工后的卷烟糖含量、烟碱及糖碱比增加,主流烟气中总粒相物、焦油、烟碱含量及除NNK外的6种有害成分增加,危害性指数增加;卷烟危害性指数与焦油含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),3,5,8 mg·支-1焦油标称值的卷烟原料加工后卷烟危害性指数分别为2.49,3.07,4.73,较加工前分别显著降低22.19%,26.80%,12.73%(P<0.05)。综合说明工业加工对降低卷烟危害性具有重要意义,通过进行卷烟配方的改良可以降低卷烟的危害性。In order to study the difference of conventional chemical components and hazards before and after processing of cigarette tobacco leaves with different tar content,the cigarette with 3,5,8 mg tar per cigarette were selected as materials,the common chemical components and harmful components in mainstream cigarette smoke before and after processing were analyzed.The results showed that compared with the cigarette before processing,the potassium content and sugar-nicotine ratio of cigarettes after processing increased,while the total nitrogen,total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,the chlorine content and K+/Cl-were reduced,the total particle matter(TPM),tar,nicotine in mainstream cigarette smoke and the 7 harmful components such as CO,ammonia,phenol,B[α]P,NNK,HCN,and chloral in mainstream flue gas were reduced,and also the hazardous index was reduced.With the increasing of the tar content,the sugar content,nicotine and sugar-nicotine ratio of processed cigarettes were increased,while the TPM,tar,nicotine in mainstream cigarette smoke and the 6 harmful components except NNK were increased.The hazardous index was significant positively correlated with the tar content(P<0.01).The hazardous index of cigarette with 3,5,8 mg tar content per cigarette after processing were 2.49,3.07,4.73,respectively,which were significantly reduced by 22.19%,26.80%and 12.73%compared with the cigarette before processing(P<0.05).The experiment showed the importance of industrial processing to reduce the harm of cigarettes,and the hazards of cigarettes could be effectively reduced by improving the formula of cigarettes.
