摘　　要：乡村文化是勤劳智慧的乡村人民在漫长的繁衍生息过程中创造的宝贵精神财富,是乡村振兴发展的内驱动力。闽东乡村资源丰富,但其中所蕴含的文化资源有待深入开发。实施乡村文化振兴战略,就要挖掘乡村资源中的文化因素,在建设美丽乡村中构建乡村生态文化,在修复乡村人文景观中提升乡村文化内涵;通过培育“乡村文化+”计划来增强乡村文化发展驱动力,通过非遗文化与旅游融合发展来注入文化振兴新活力,为乡村培养和引进人才加强文化振兴的内驱力。另外,政府应建立文化发展动力保障机制来为乡村文化振兴保驾护航。Rural culture is the precious spiritual wealth created by industrious and intelligent rural people in the long process of reproduction and is the internal driving force of Rural Revitalization and development.The rural resources in East Fujian are rich,but the cultural resources contained in them need to be further developed.To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we should excavate the cultural factors in rural resources,construct rural ecological culture in the construction of beautiful countryside,enhance the connotation of rural culture in the restoration of rural cultural landscape,strengthen the driving force of rural cultural development by cultivating the“Rural Culture+”program,and inject new vitality of cultural revitalization through the integration of intangible cultural heritage culture and tourism,so as to cultivate and introduce rural culture In order to strengthen the internal drive of cultural revitalization.Besides,the government should establish a cultural development power guarantee mechanism to escort the revitalization of rural culture.
