摘 要:对云南某难选菱铁矿进行了磁化焙烧—弱磁分选试验研究。研究结果表明:菱铁矿经过磁化焙烧—弱磁分选后(优选条件为:焙烧温度1050℃、焙烧时间120min、m(煤)/m(矿)比3∶20、助剂/矿质量比1∶10和磨矿细度-0.074mm粒级占90%),可以获得铁精矿品位为70.22%,回收率83.67%的良好指标。在此基础上进行了半工业验证试验并获得了铁品位为75.03%、回收率为81.91%的铁精矿,其中含磷0.09%,含硫0.25%,含硅9.45%。本研究为类似难选菱铁矿资源的分选提供了参考依据。A Study of magnetization—magnetic separation was carried out on a refractory siderite in Yunnan.In laboratory scale,the recommend parameters are as follows:a roasting temperature of 1050℃,a roasting duration of 120 min,a mass ratio of coal to ore of 3∶20,a mass ratio of addition agent to ore of 1∶10,and a fineness of 90%-0.074 mm for weak magnetic separation.Finally,a favorable result was obtained.The concentration grade and recovery reached 70.22%and 83.67%,respectively.On the basis of the bench-scale tests,the pilot test was conducted and a concentrate with75.03%Fe and a recovery of 81.91%was obtained.The present study provided a reference for the beneficiation of similar refractory siderite ore.
