摘  要:某冶炼厂锌湿法冶炼浸出渣硫酸化焙烧后所得烟尘含锌15%~20%、铟0.12%~0.25%,具有回收价值。采用高温低酸浸出工艺回收其中的有价金属,将铅、铟、银等元素有效富集在铟渣中。在浸出过程中,采用锌精矿氧压浸出所产浸出液经中和后,pH值达到3.4左右的溶液作为浆化液浆化烟尘。烟尘浸出溶液含锌量可达到电积工艺所需新液含锌150~180g/L的要求。经75℃低酸浸出后,锌的浸出率可达到75%~85%,铟的浸出率可超过95%,可充分提高尾矿渣的利用价值,并且减少尾渣处理的难度。The flue dust from a zinc hydrometallurgical tailings slag after sulphuric roasting contains 15%—20%zinc and 0.12%—0.25%indium,which are valuable for recovery.The valuable metals were recovered by high temperature and low acid leaching process,and lead,indium,silver and other elements were effectively enriched in indium slag.In the process of leaching,the solution with pH value of about 3.4 after neutralization of the leaching solution produced by oxygen pressure leaching of zinc concentrate is used as slurry liquid to slurry dust.The zinc content of the solution can meet the requirement of 150—180 g/L of zinc in the new solution needed by the electrowinning process.After low acid leaching at 75℃,the leaching rate of zinc can reach 75%—85%,and the leaching rate of indium can exceed 95%,which can fully improve the utilization value of tailings and reduce the difficulty of tailings treatment.
