摘　　要：【目的】研究旨在评价20%精喹禾灵乳油对家蚕、赤眼蜂和斑马鱼的急性毒性,以期为该药剂的科学使用提供必要的环境毒理学资料。【方法】通过选用室内培养法,分别对家蚕、赤眼蜂和斑马鱼3种供试靶标进行毒性测定。【结果】20%精喹禾灵乳油对家蚕的急性毒性为低毒,表明其对家蚕相对安全;对赤眼蜂为极高风险性,田间施用需要避开繁蜂盛期;对斑马鱼的急性毒性为中毒,生产上仍需引起重视。[Purposes]The purpose of this study was to evaluate the acute toxicity of 20%quizalofoppethyl EC on Bombyx mori,Trichogramma and Brachydanio rerio,in order to provide necessary environmental toxicological data for its scientific application.[Methods]By indoor cultivate method,obtain the corres pondence to toxicity determination of Bombyx mori,Trchogramma and Brachydanio rerio,respectively.[Findings]Results showed that the acute toxicity to silkworms was low,indicating that 20%quizalofoppethyl EC was relatively safe to Bombyx mori,but it exhibited extremely high risk to Trichogramma.So,the flourishing period should be avoided when applying it in the field.The acute toxicity to Brachydanio rerio was medium,showing attention should still be paid to in the production.
