摘　　要：目的探讨基于体质辨识的饮食指导对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法纳入以痰湿体质为主的179名GDM患者,随机分为两组:对照组90例患者采取常规饮食指导,试验组89例患者在常规饮食指导的基础上给予结合体质辨识的个体化饮食指导。采用自制妊娠糖尿病患者饮食依从性量表,比较干预前后两组患者饮食治疗依从性情况和血糖控制情况。结果干预后,试验组患者的饮食依从性优于对照组(P<0.05),且血糖控制更好(P<0.05)。结论基于体质辨识的个体化饮食指导有利于提高GDM患者的治疗依从性及血糖控制。Objective To discuss the effect of determining meals based on differentiation of body constitution on treatment compliance and glucose control in cases with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 179 GDM cases with phlegm-dampness constitution were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups:control group(n=90)and experiment group(n=89);routine dietary guidance was provided to all the cases in both groups while individualized dietary guidance based on constitution identification was added to cases in experiment group;self-made dietary compliance of GDM cases scale(refer to Diabetes Self-management Behavior Scale)was applied in the comparison of dietary compliance and glucose control of the cases in the 2 groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the dietary compliance and glucose control of the cases in experiment group was much superior to that of the cases in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized dietary guidance based on constitution identification is effective in improving the treatment compliance and glucose control of GDM cases.
