区域文化与企业家精神对大学生创业教育的启示

摘　　要：创业具有比较明显的地域特点,大学生创业教育必须充分考虑不同的地域特点才能做到脚踏实地有所成就。在长期的历史发展过程中,独特的区域文化与企业家精神对创业者逐渐形成适者生存、敢为人先、务求实际、功利并取、团队合作等意识和行为具有显著影响。大学生应该对这些精神有效地继承并吸取其精华,才能不断提高自身的创业素质和能力。Entrepreneurship hasobvious regional characteristics,and such regional characteristics must be considered fully that down-to-earth achievements can be made for entrepreneurship education of college students.During long-term historical development,the unique regional cultures and entrepreneurial spirit have a significant impact on the awareness and behavior for entrepreneurs to gradually form the spirit of survival of the fittest,pioneering,being pragmatic,ambition and teamwork.College students should effectively inherit and absorb the essence of these spirits to continuously boost their own qualities and capabilities of entrepreneurship.
