摘　　要：学术期刊数字出版转型出现的问题,是由于学术期刊所处的环境、体制以及我国科研管理体制等因素的影响导致的。要实现学术期刊出版转型,一要扫除阻碍学术期刊数字出版的障碍,二要打造数字出版的编辑流程,三要完善学术期刊数据库平台。the problems in the transformation of digital publishing of academic journals are caused by the influence of environment,system and scientific research management system in China.In order to realize the transformation of academic journal publishing,we should first remove the obstacles that hinder the digital publishing of academic journals,create the editing process of digital publishing,and improve the database platform of academic journals.
