摘　　要：我国高校毕业生的人数每年都在剧增,毕业生就业问题日益严峻,对此国家逐步筹建高校大学生创业孵化器管理机制,鼓励大学生自行创业。为了能更好地建立高校大学生创业孵化器管理机制,本文分析了我国高校大学生创业孵化器管理存在的问题以及欧洲发达国家高校大学生创业孵化器管理机制的实践,并且从中得出了有利于我国高校大学生创业孵化器管理机制建立的启示。The number of college graduates in China every year,continuously increased again,the problem of the graduate employment is more and more serious,the country gradually set up university students’ entrepreneurship incubator management mechanism,to encourage college students to start a business. In order to better establish college students entrepreneurial incubator management mechanism,this paper analyzes existing problems of the college students entrepreneurial incubator management in China and the European developed countries the practice of the university students’ entrepreneurship incubator management mechanism,and draw the helpful for college students in entrepreneurial incubator management mechanism set up.
