新公共管理视角下我国高校体制改革探究

摘　　要：从我国当前的高校体制中,可以发现高校主体混乱、管理体制陈旧、人才培养目标不明确、师资队伍能力不足等多种问题,这些问题的存在严重影响了高校的发展。因此,在新公共管理视角下,高校需要通过明确高效管理主体、提升教师的自主权、改善教学环境、提升教师的综合素养等措施,推动高校体制的改革,促进高校的长期发展。From the current university system in China, we can find various problems such as chaotic main body of the university, outdated management system, unclear talent training objectives, and insufficient capacity of the teaching staff. These problems have seriously affected the development of universities. Therefore, under the perspective of new public management, colleges and universities need to promote the reform of the college system and promote the long-term development of the college through measures such as clear and efficient management of subjects, promotion of teachers’ autonomy, improvement of the teaching environment, and improvement of teachers’ comprehensive literacy.
