退伍大学生复学适应问题研究

摘　　要：在新时代国防战略以及社会变革的大背景下,大学生参军呈快速上升趋势,在这一群体中,其中大部分人将会退伍复学,但在各种因素作用下,导致了该群体在复学过程中产生了一系列问题,从而影响到了退伍学生的在校发展,同时也对学校的管理提出了新的挑战。本文通过描述部队生活对大学生的再社会化入手,进而对退伍大学生复学适应问题进行分析并提出解决方案。Under the background of national defense strategy and social change in the new era, college students’ joining the army is on the rise rapidly. In this group, most of them will be discharged from the army and go back to school, but under the influence of various factors, a series of problems have arisen in the process of returning to school, which has affected the development of the retired students in school, and also put forward new challenges to the management of the school. This paper analyzes the adjustment problem of college students returning to school from military service, and proposes solutions.
