摘　　要：家庭经济困难大学生是当代大学生中一个特殊的弱势群体,伴随着我国社会经济发展而产生,这是现阶段教育发展的必然。随着高校资助工作不断发展,实践工作中各种问题也呈现出来,为了推动高校资助管理工作良性发展,从贫困认定到资金发放,制定完善的认定和发放措施,而且资助育人管理工作不再仅仅局限于经济资助,通过将“资助”与“育人”相结合,改革资助工作管理体制,实现发展型资助,通过一系列措施让资助工作更具有社会实效性。College students with financial difficulties are a special vulnerable group among contemporary college students with the social and economic development of our country.This is the necessity of educational development at the present stage.With the continuous development of university,aid work.In the practice work each kind of question also presents.In order to promote the healthy development of the university financial aid management,from the recognition of poverty to the distribution of funds,it formulates a sound identification and issuance measures.Moreover,financial support for educational management is no longer limited to financial support,by combining“subsidizing”with“educating”,reform the work management system of financial assistance,achieving development-oriented funding through a series of measures to make funding more effective in society.
