摘　　要：互助社区的产生依托于社会的大发展与大繁荣,是新型智慧城市建设进程中不可或缺的一部分,互助社区居民之间的互帮互助、亲密有爱不仅会提升居民的社会幸福感还会带动良好的社会风气,促成人人爱帮助、人人讲和谐的社区生活新氛围。文章从产品交互设计优化方面作为深化互助社区研究的切入点,借助用户行为的相关研究成果,依托互联网APP产品作为研究载体,从交互设计方面探索出新型智慧城市建设与互联网接驳的融洽渠道。The emergence of mutual-aid community depends on the great development and prosperity of society,and it is an indispensable part in the construction process of new-type smart city,mutual help and mutual help among residents in mutual help community,close love will not only enhance the social well-being of residents,but also promote a good social atmosphere,and promote a new atmosphere of commu nity life in which everyone loves to help and everyone speaks harmoniously.This article will take the product interaction design optimization aspect as the breakthrough point which deepens the mutual help community research,draws on the user behavior related research achievement,relies on the Internet APP product as the research carrier,from the aspect of interaction design,this paper explores the harmonious channel between the new smart city construction and the Internet connection.
