摘　　要：目的探讨本地与流动人口复治肺结核病患者流行病学特征。方法对绍兴市某地区2009年-2018年结核病管理信息系统监测资料进行统计分析,包括在这10年中本地人口与流动人口以及60岁以上老年人复治肺结核发病率的对比。结果10年中肺结核发病总报告患者数减少明显.复治例数占比无明显变化,但本地肺结核复治患者占比急剧上升(P<0.05),而且60岁以上老年复治结核病患者明显增多(P<0.05)。结论本地与流动人口复治肺结核病患者的流行病学显示本地化.老年化明显,与以前报道不一致,出现了新的情况,要求防控重点要均衡,加强流动人口登.记.检查、治疗的同时,不可忽视对本地人群的检查与治疗,必须针对性采取相应的控制措施。Objective To explore the epidemiological characterstics of local and floating population patients with retreated tuberculosis.Methods The sureillance data of TB manage ment information system from 2009 to 2018 in a certain area of Shaoxing Cily were statistically analyzed,ineluding the comparison of the incidence of retreated TB among the local population,the floating population and the elderly over 60 years old.Results In the past 10 years,the total number of reported eases of tuberculosis deereased significantly,the proportion of retreated cases did not change significantly,but the proportion of local retreatxd tuberculosis patients increased sharply(P<0.05),and the proportion of retreated tuberculosis patients over 60 years old increased signifcantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The epidemiology of local and floating population patients with retreated pulmonary tuberculosis shows obvious localization and aging,which is inconsistent with the previous reports.There are new situations.We need to balance the focus of prevention and control,strengthen the registration,inspection and treatment of float-ing population,and at the same time,we can not ignore the inspection and treatment of local population,and we must take corresponding control measures.
