摘　　要：目的探讨神经梅毒患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)和S100B蛋白变化。方法回顾性分析2015年5月-2017年5月台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)路桥医院神经内科因神经梅毒就诊的40例患者,其中有症状和无症状各20例,对照组取同期健康体检者20例。对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S100B蛋白水平进行检测,比较2组不同治疗时间血清NSE和S100B蛋白水平变化。结果血清NSE及S100B蛋白水平比较,3组差异有统计学意义(F=54.78,F=48.38,P <0.01);3组血清NSE和S100B蛋白水平两两比较,无症状组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);有症状组高于对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);血清NSE及S100B蛋白水平与神经梅毒症状呈正相关(P <0.01),与治疗时间呈正相关(P <0.01)。结论血清NSE、S-100β蛋白水平对神经梅毒的早期诊断和治疗具有一定参考价值。Objective To observe the changes of serum neuron specific enolase and S100 B protein in patients with neurosyphilis. Methods Forty patients with neurosyphilis were retrospectively analyzed in Department of Neurology,Taizhou Enze Medical Center( Group) Luqiao Hospital from May 2015 to May 2017,with 20 cases each in the symptomatic group and asymptomatic group,20 cases were taken at the same time for healthy physical examination. The levels of neuron specific enolase( NSE) and S100 B protein in serum were detected and compared in different treatment time. Results The levels of NSE and S100 B protein were compared,and there was statistical significance on the difference among the 3 groups( F = 54. 78,F =48. 38,P < 0. 01). The levels of NSE and S100 B in serum were compared with each other,which were significantly higher in the asymptomatic group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),while which in the symptomatic group were more significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 01);the levels of NSE and S100 B protein in serum were positively correlated with the clinical symptoms of neurosyphilis( P < 0. 01),and were positively correlated with the time of treatment( P < 0. 01).Conclusion There is certain reference value of the NSE and S-100 protein levels in serum for the early diagnosis and treatment in patient with neurosyphilis.
