摘 要:目的了解衢州市涉禽环境中A型及H9亚型禽流感病毒的污染分布状况及流行特点,分析其潜在感染风险,为衢州市禽流感及人感染禽流感疫情防控提供依据。方法运用描述性流行病学的方法,将衢州市2015年-2018年禽流感外环境监测数据进行整理分析。结果2015年-2018年衢州市采集涉禽外环境标本4865份,A型禽流感病毒检测阳性率为38.01%,其中H9亚型阳性率为27.42%。两者在不同县(市、区)、不同监测场所及标本类型之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论衢州市H9亚型病毒污染状况严峻,具有潜在感染风险,应在日常工作的基础上继续加强监测,做好禽流感和人感染禽流感的防控工作。Objective To understand the pollution distribution and epidemic characteristics of avian influenza A and H9 subtypes in wading poultry environment in Quzhou,and to analyze the potential infection risk,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of avian influenza and human avian influenza in Quzhou. Methods The descriptive epidemiology method was used to collate and analyze the external environmental monitoring data of Quzhou City from 2015 to 2018. Results A total of 4 865 samples of wading poultry were collected in Quzhou from 2015 to 2018. The positive rate of avian influenza A virus was38. 01%,and the positive rate of H9 subtype was 27. 42%. There was statistical significance on the differences in different counties,different monitoring sites and specimen types. Conclusion The pollution of H9 subtype virus in Quzhou is severe and has potential infection risk. Continuous surveillance should be strengthened against human infection with avian influenza on the basis of daily work.
