2016年-2018年义乌地区女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染情况的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的调查义乌地区女性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况。方法收集2016年1月-2018年12月来本院就诊的19 603例女性患者的宫颈分泌物,采用PCR流式荧光杂交技术进行HPV分型检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 HPV感染总体检出率为18.83%,以单一感染为主;27种基因型均有检出,检出率最高的前5位依次为HPV16型、HPV52型、HPV58型、HPV53型、HPV61型;多重感染以二重感染为主;各年龄段HPV感染检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=89.63,P <0.05),以≤20岁年龄段最为多发;2016年-2018年各年度女性HPV阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论义乌地区女性HPV感染率较高,以单一高危型感染为主,且与年龄有关,2016年-2018年HPV阳性检出率无差异;HPV16型、HPV52型、HPV58型、HPV53型、HPV61型是义乌地区HPV感染预防的重点。Objective To investigation the infection of human papillomavirus( HPV) in females in Yiwu area. Methods Cervical secretions were collected from 19 603 female patients from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital. HPV typing was detected by PCR flow-fluorescence hybridization,and the results were analyzed with statistical software. Results The overall detection rate of HPV infection was 18. 83%,and the single infection was the main one;all 27 genotypes were detected,and the highest infection rates were HPV16,HPV 52,HPV58,HPV53 and HPV61;the main cause of multiple infection is dual infection;there was statistical significance on the differences among different age groups( χ^2= 89. 63,P < 0. 05),and the most of them were below 20 years old;there was no statistical significance on the difference in HPV infection rate during 2016-2018( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The infection rate of HPV among women is high in Yiwu area,which is mainly caused by single high-risk infection and is related to age. There is no difference in the detection rate of HPV from 2016 to 2018. HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV53 and HPV61 are the key points of HPV infection prevention in Yiwu area.
