摘　　要：在高层建筑建设中,消防防火排烟设计是重要内容,与建筑安全性息息相关。本文首先阐述了高层建筑消防防火排烟设计标准,明确应该满足及时性指标、温控性指标和封闭性指标。其次,对高层建筑火灾重要特点开展分析。最后,重点研究了高层建筑消防防火排烟设计的有效对策,并提出了几点合理化建议,如合理进行排烟通道设计、排烟系统及建筑空间规划,科学设计消防给水设施、防火单元等,并做好材料设备的选择工作,不断完善和改进消防防火排烟设计方案,制定完善的监督管理制度,强化对从业者的教育与培训,以期实现理想的高层建筑消防防火排烟设计效果,降低重大火灾发生概率,为人们打造安全的环境,为关注此类话题的人们提供参考。In the construction of high-rise buildings,fire prevention and smoke exhaust design is an important content,and is closely related to building safety.In this paper,the design standard of fire prevention and smoke exhaust for high-rise buildings is firstly expounded,and it should satisfy the timely index,temperature control index and sealing index.Secondly,it analyzes the important characteristics of the fire in high-rise buildings.Finally,on this basis,it focuses on the effective countermeasures for the fire protection and smoke exhaust design of high-rise buildings,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions,such as the reasonable design of the exhaust channel,exhaust system and architectural space planning,scientific design of fire water supply facilities,fire units,etc.,and do a good job in the selection of materials and equipment.Constantly improve the fire protection and smoke exhaust design,formulate perfect supervision and management system,and strengthen the education and training of the practitioners,in order to realize the ideal fire protection and smoke exhaust design of high-rise buildings,reduce the probability of major fires,create a safe environment for people,and provide a reference for people focusing on the issues.
