广西新发展对高职酒店人才的需求及对策研究

摘　　要：面对我国快速发展的旅游业过程中,酒店业的多样化产品以及较为广泛的服务内容满足了客户较多的消费需求。经济化市场的发展也在促进酒店行业的转型升级,酒店的新业态发展需要加强对酒店文化产品都创新性研发,充分发挥旅游业与酒店业融合的促进作用。在此发展中离不开对酒店专业人才队伍的培养,对于高职酒店人才培养,高等职业院校中的酒店管理专业承担此重任,高职院校对人才的培养要适应社会发展需求,以就业发展为导向,完成对人才创新是教育培养。In the face of the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,the diversified products and a wide range of service content of the hotel industry meet the needs of more customers. The development of the economic market is also promoting the transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry. The development of the new business type of the hotel needs to strengthen the innovative research and development of the hotel cultural products,and give full play to the promotion of the integration of the tourism industry and the hotel industry. In this development,we can’t do without the training of hotel professional talents. For the training of hotel talents in higher vocational colleges,the hotel management major in higher vocational colleges undertakes this important task. The training of talents in higher vocational colleges should meet the needs of social development,be oriented by employment development,and complete the innovation of talents is education and training.
