高校网络教学平台的供需错配问题与治理策略研究

摘　　要：网络教学平台是高校课程实现线上线下融合教学的基础,但网络教学平台的供需错配问题将影响高校网络教学平台的应用与推广。本文从平台、平台功能和平台资源角度分析了网络教学平台的供需错配问题,构建了基于需求、技术和政策的融合模型来破解网络教学平台供需错配的困局,并从技术性和非技术性两个维度提出了相应的优化治理策略。The network teaching platform is the basis of online and offline integrated teaching of college courses,but the mismatch between supply and demand of network teaching platform will affect the application and promotion of network teaching platform in higher colleges. This paper analyzes the problem of supply and demand mismatch of network teaching platform from the perspective of platform,function and resource,constructs a fusion model based on demand,technology and policy to solve the dilemma of supply and demand mismatch of network teaching platform,and puts forward the corresponding optimization governance strategies from two dimensions of technicality and non technicality.
