摘 要:新沭河是淮河流域沂沭泗水系洪水东调南下工程中“东调”工程的重要组成部分,其洪水过程受人为控制和调度运用的影响较大。为分析新沭河下段现状行洪能力,采用天然河道恒定非均匀流计算公式推求河道现状行洪能力,即根据新沭河下段断面和流量资料,通过修改断面参数以水面曲线法推求等效断面,然后以典型洪水最高水位进行校核,通过修改流量,试算水位至设计水位即得到新沭河下段现状设计流量。结果表明:(1)经过综合治理后,新沭河下段河道现状行洪能力基本趋于稳定;(2)新沭河下段现状行洪能力仅为原设计能力的80%左右;(3)新沭河下段河道现状行洪能力主要受河道淤积和人类活动影响。Xinshu River is an important part of the“East Diversion”project in the south-east diversion project of Yishusi in Huaihe River Basin.The flood process is greatly influenced by human control and operation.In order to analyze the current flood discharge capacity of the lower reaches of Xinshu River,this paper uses the calculation formula of constant non-uniform flow of natural river to calculate the current flood discharge capacity of the river,according to the section and flow design data of the lower reaches of Xinshu River,the equivalent design section is calculated by the surface curve method through modifying the section parameters,and then the current design flow of Xinshu River regulation project is obtained by checking with the highest water level of typical flood,modifying the flow and calculating the water level to the design water level.The results show that:(1)The flood discharge ca⁃pacity of the lower reaches of Xinshu River has basically stabilized after comprehensive treatment;(2)The current flood discharge capacity of the lower reaches of Xinshu River is only about 80%of the original design capacity;(3)The current flood discharge capacity of the lower reaches of Xinshu River is mainly affected by river siltation and human activities.
