摘　　要：本研究以流域水生态建设分区技术为基础,以流域源区保护技术体系为优先,以生态廊道治理技术体系为重点,构建了流域水生态文明建设关键技术体系;以水灾害防治为安全保障,以“双控—两口”水资源综合保护为重要手段,以“源头—过程—末端”水环境链条化治理为系统筹划,以水景观营造与水文化彰显为亮点创建,形成了兼具普适性与区域特色的城市水生态文明建设关键技术体系。Based on the basin water ecological construction zoning technology,the authors take the basin source ar⁃ea protection technology system as the priority,and focus on the treatment technology of the ecological corridor,and build the key technology system of water ecological civilization construction of basin.The authors also build the key technology system of water ecological civilization construction of city,which includes the prevention and control of water disasters as a safety guarantee,the controlling of water consumption and improving water efficien⁃cy to save water resources,the adjustment of water intake and sewage outlet layout to protect water resources,the“source-process-end”water environment chain management as the system planning,and the water landscape con⁃struction and showing water culture as highlights.
