摘  要:针对我国西部地区地质灾害分布广、数量多的特点,搭建基于WebGIS的地质灾害自动化监测平台。平台实现对边坡、滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等多种地质灾害基本信息的高效管理;融合了深部位移监测、地表位移监测、沉降监测、振动监测、锚索应力监测、地下水位监测、降雨量监测等多种自动化监测手段的数据自动采集解析、数据管理及可视化分析功能;同时建立了针对项目工程的角色-权限管理系统。平台系统大大提高了监测数据采集频率,全方位获取地质灾害相关数据,通过设置预警阈值,实现自动报警,同时可满足多单位、多人员协同作业需求。According to the characteristics of wide distribution and large number of geological disasters in Western China,an automatic monitoring platform of geological disasters based on WebGIS is built.The platform realizes efficient management of basic information of various geological disasters such as slope,landslide,collapse and debris flow;it integrates data analysis,data management and visual analysis functions of various automatic monitoring means such as deep displacement monitoring,surface displacement monitoring,settlement monitoring,vibration monitoring,anchor cable stress monitoring,groundwater level monitoring,rainfall monitoring,etc.;at the same time,it establishes the corresponding items,which is the supporting role of the project-authority management system.The platform system greatly improves the frequency of monitoring data collection,obtains all-round geological disaster related data,and realizes automatic alarm by setting early warning threshold.Meanwhile,it can meet the needs of multi unit and multi personnel cooperative operation.
