摘 要:为了获取影响新型梁柱节点阻尼器耗能能力的关键参数,以自行设计的具有位移放大能力的梁柱节点阻尼器为研究对象,利用ABAQUS建立三维实体的精细化有限元模型,分别研究新型阻尼器中的橡胶剪切模量、铅芯数、薄钢板布置等主要构造参数对阻尼器耗能能力的影响。结果表明随着铅芯个数增加,基于杠杆原理的新型阻尼器耗能能力显著增大,3个铅芯阻尼器比1个铅芯阻尼器耗能能力提升23.3%;橡胶剪切模量和薄钢板布置方式对阻尼器的耗能能力影响较小,但是,随着剪切模量和薄钢板数量的增加,基于杠杆原理的新型阻尼器刚度会提升。因此,铅芯是影响新型阻尼器力学性能的关键构造参数。研究成果可为新型梁柱节点阻尼器的设计、选型提供技术支持和指导。In order to obtain the key influential parameters of the energy dissipation capacity of the new type beam-column joint damper,taking the designed beam-column joint damper with displacement amplification capacity as the research object,a refined finite element 3D model was established by using the commercial finite element program,ABAQUS.Rubber shear modulus,number of lead bars and arrangement of sheet steels were selected as the parameters to study the effect on the energy dissipation capacity of the new type damper.The results show that the energy dissipation capacity of the new type damper,which is based on lever principle,increases significantly with the increase of the number of lead bars.The energy dissipation capacity of the damper with three lead bars is 23.3%higher than the damper with one lead bar.The rubber shear modulus and the arrangement of sheet steels have little influence on the energy dissipation capacity of the damper.However,with the increase of shear modulus and sheet steels,the stiffness of the new type damper increases.Therefore,the lead bar is the key influential parameter for the energy dissipation capacity of the new type damper.The research can provide technical support and guidance for the design and selection of the new type beam-column joint damper.
