摘 要:成贵铁路鸭池河特大桥为位于艰险山区的高速铁路桥梁。该桥主桥采用跨度436 m中承式提篮拱桥,矢高115 m,矢跨比1/3.8。拱座基础为整体式扩大基础。拱肋首次采用钢-混结合断面形式,并根据拱肋受力特点在拱肋不同部位采用不同组合形式。主梁采用预应力混凝土整体箱梁。吊杆采用1670 MPa高强度低松弛平行钢丝束,按顺桥向间距8 m布置。拱上立柱采用双柱式框架墩。拱座基础采用明挖法施工,拱肋钢结构采用缆索吊吊装,扣索斜拉扣挂法安装,钢结构成拱后,利用拱肋钢结构作为模板进行结合段混凝土浇筑;主梁采用满布吊架大节段现浇。对该桥主要结构进行静力、抗风、稳定性以及车-桥耦合分析,结果均满足设计要求。The Yachi River Bridge on Chengdu-Guiyang Railway is a high-speed railway bridge located in challenging mountainous region.The main bridge is designed as a half-through basket handle arch bridge spanning 436 m,with arch rising 115 m and rise-to-span ratio of 1/3.8.The arch seats rest on integral spread foundations.The arch ribs are of steel-concrete composite cross section,and it is the first time that this type of arch ribs is used.Different composite details are selected at different locations to suit the load bearing behavior of he arch ribs.The main girder is the prestressed concrete integral box girder.The hangers,comprising of 1670 MPa high-strength low-relaxation parallel steel wires,are spaced at 8 m along the bridge length.The spandrels adopt the two-column portal frames.The foundations of the arch seats were constructed by open-cut excavation.The steel segments of the arch ribs were installed by cable-stayed cantilever assembly method.When the arch ribs took shape,the steel skeleton were used as formwork for the casting of concrete in the steel-concrete joint segment.The main girder was cast in large segments on full scaffoldings.The mechanical property of the main components of the bridge was analyzed,including the static performance,wind-resistant capacity,stability and vehicle-bridge coupling.All these indexes could meet the design requirements.
