论当代中国新型政党制度的比较优势

摘　　要：从中国政治文明自身发展的脉络和主体性来审视当代中国新型政党制度的优越性发现,当代中国新型政党制度的产生发展具有深厚的历史文化及社会基础,观照了中国现代转型的全局,奠定了中国政治文明新发展的坚实基础。基于此,对当代中国新型政党制度比较优势的论述,一方面当然要同旧式政党制度比较,另一方面更要从中国政治文明自身的发展脉络来言说。具体而言,当代中国新型政党制度在实践中表现出以下几个方面的突出优势:有效维护国家统一,保障国家政治稳定,成功应对外部威胁,快速推进国家经济现代化,发展人民民主,实现国家良性治理。Through examining the advantages of the new-type political party system in contemporary China from the venation and subjectivity of the development of China’s political civilization,it can be found that the emergence and development of the new-type political party system in contemporary China has profound historical,cultural and social basis.It has an overall view on the situation of China‘s modern transformation and lays a solid foundation for the new development of China’s political civilization.Based on this,on the one hand,discussion on comparative advantage of the new type political party system in contemporary China must be compared with the old-type political party system,and on the other hand,it must be discoursed from its own development venation of China’s political civilization.Specifically,the new-type political party system in contemporary China has shown the following advantages:effectively maintaining the national unity,ensuring the country’s political stability,successfully responding to external threats,rapidly pushing forward modernization of the country’s economy,developing people’s democracy,and the realization of the country’s benign governance.
