摘 要:目的了解儿内科护士CICARE沟通模式培训后的真实工作体验,为今后制定更加科学的沟通培训方案,提高临床护士沟通能力提供参考。方法对11例运用CICARE沟通模式的儿内科护士进行半结构式访谈,应用Colaizzi分析法分析资料,并运用NVivo10.0软件管理、发掘和查找文本数据。结果提炼出5个主题:沟通有规范流程可依,愈发顺畅具体;主动沟通意识增强,更关注人文;自我价值感提升,工作和学习热情被激发;实施中发现的相关问题;培训及考核方面的需求。结论 CICARE模式可提高护士的主动服务意识和临床沟通能力,但也在培训方式等方面存在不足,护理管理者需关注实施过程中遇到的问题,及时反馈,提供针对性的培训并规范考核,以满足有效护患沟通的需求,最终提升整体护理质量和护理满意度。0bjective To understand the real working experience of pediatric nurses after CICARE communication mode training.so as to provide reference for formulating more scientific communication training program and improving clinical nurses'communication ability in the future.Methods11 pediatric nurses using CICARE communication mode were interviewed semi-structurally.Colaizzi analysis method was used to analyze the data,and NVivo10.0 software was used to manage,excavate and search text data.Results Five themes were extracted:more standardized communication style and more detailed content;more active communication consciousness and more attention tohumanities;higher sense of self-worth,motivation of work and learning enthusiasm;obstacles encounteredin implementation;training and assessment needs.Conclusions CICARE model can improve nurses active service awareness and clinical communication ability,but it also has some shortcomings in training mode.Nursing managers should pay attention to the problems encountered in the implementation process,provide timely feedback,provide targeted training and standardize asessment to meet the needs of effective communication between nurses and patients,and ultimately improve the overall quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
