摘　　要：近年来,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在我国城市轨道交通工程中得到广泛推广和应用。然而,各参建单位使用的BIM软件、操作方式、管理流程等各方面存在较大差异,导致B IM应用成果质量参差不齐,阻碍各参建单位基于统一BIM模型的业务应用。通过国内外轨道交通工程BIM应用调研,以深圳地铁BIM应用为例,详细分析深圳地铁BIM应用发展规划,包括BIM技术标准体系、BIM应用与管理体系和BIM综合平台体系。相关成果已在深圳地铁实际项目中应用,为深圳地铁各参建单位BIM管理提供行为依据和平台支撑。In recent years,BIM technology has been widely popularized and applied in China urban rail transit.However,there are big differences in the BIM software,operation methods,management processes and other aspects used by participating parties,resulting in the low-quality of BIM achievements and hindering users’business application based on the unified BIM model.Based on the investigation of BIM application in rail transit industry in the world,taking BIM application in Shenzhen metro as an example,the BIM application and development general planning of Shenzhen metro was analyzed in detail.This general planning includes BIM standard series,BIM application and management modes and BIM-based integrated platform system.Some BIM achievements have been applied in actual projects of Shenzhen metro,providing participating parties behavior basis and platform supports for BIM management.
