摘  要:为缩短轮毂电机驱动(IWD)系统台架试验周期和成本,对IWD系统台架试验载荷谱生成算法开展研究。以配有轮毂电机的纯电动汽车为研究对象,基于试车场强化道路采集的载荷谱,对原始载荷谱进行分析和处理,提出加速模型算法得到等效功率谱密度(PSD)谱,利用nCode软件将其与传统加速方法进行对比,结果表明,两者PSD谱基本吻合,该算法能够准确获得台架振动加速PSD谱,可用于等效PSD谱计算。In order to shorten the research and development cycle and cost,the test load spectrum generation algorithm of in-wheel motor driving system is studied.Taking the pure electric vehicle equipped with hub motor as the research object,the original load spectrum is analyzed and processed based on the load spectrum collected from the road in the proving ground,and an acceleration model algorithm is proposed to obtain the equivalent Power Spectral Density(PSD)spectrum.nCode software is used to compare it with the traditional acceleration method,and the results show that the PSD spectrum of the two is basically identical,this algorithm can accurately obtain bench vibration acceleration PSD spectrum,and can be used to calculate PSD spectrum.
