摘　　要：从厦门市电子投标保函在建设工程招投标领域应用的角度,分析建设电子投标保函系统的必要性、系统的建设模式、功能模块、关键性问题、取得的成效以及电子数据存证和区块链技术在电子投标保函的应用等问题。From the perspective of the application of electronic bid guarantee in the field of construction project bidding of Xiamen,this paper analyzes the necessity,construction mode,functional modules,key problems,achievements and the application of electronic data storage and blockchain technology in electronic bidding guarantee system.
