摘　　要：数千年来,矿物药历经“识毒-用毒-防毒-解毒”的探索和实践,“毒”已成为其药性的重要组成。科学认识矿物药的毒性已成为临床安全用药的基石。本文着重介绍含汞矿物药在“识毒-防毒-解毒”等方面的基础研究,为毒性矿物药的临床安全“用毒”研究提供参考依据,同时提出肠道菌群在矿物药“识毒-防毒-解毒”的应用构想。For thousands of years,mineral drugs has experienced the exploration and practice of"identifying poison-using poisonpreventing poison-detoxifying",and"poison"has become an important component of its medicinal properties.Scientific understanding of the toxicity of mineral drugs has become the cornerstone of clinical safe drug use.This paper mainly introduces the basic research of mercurycontaining mineral drugs in the aspects of"identification,prevention and detoxification",so as to provide a reference basis for the clinical safety"use of poison"of toxic mineral drugs.At the same time,the application conception of gut microflora in mineral drug"identificationprevention-detoxification"was put forward.
