摘　　要：当代旴江名医谢强临床擅治声病,在治疗声毛疑难症方面颇有心得,他认为声毛初起多见外邪恋肺,声毛日久可见肺燥阴虚或肺虚痰滞,临床应精确辨证,度量病程,才能且切中窾要,取得佳效。XIE Qiang,a famous doctor in Xujiang,is proficient at treating acoustic diseases,who has extensive clinial experience in the treatment of the difficult and complicated problems of acoustic Coarseness.He believed that the causes of acoustic disease mostly come from external factors,and it can be seen lung dryness and yin deficiency or lung deficiency and phlegm stagnation after a long time,and the course of disease should be accurately considered to achieve the best treatment.
