张小萍运用补中益气汤治疗内科疾病验案举隅

摘　　要：补中益气汤是金元时期李东垣所创,具有补中益气,升阳举陷之功效,主要用于治疗脾虚气陷证。张小萍临证从脾胃着眼,善用补中益气汤化裁治疗各种疾患,在临床上应用极为广泛,文中记录了张小萍在临床治疗气虚发热、功能性便秘、乳糜尿、贲门失弛缓症、血小板减少性紫癜的几个典型案例讨论,疗效深受患者的青睐。Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was created by LI Dong-yuan in the Jin and Yuan dynasties.It has the effects of tonifying Qi,supplementing and uplifting Yang.It is mainly used to treat the syndrome of spleen deficiency and Qi depression.ZHANG Xiao-ping's clinical practice focuses on spleen and stomach,and makes good use of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and chemical prescription to treat various diseases,which is widely used in clinical practice.Several typical cases of ZHANG Xiao-ping in clinical treatment of Qi deficiency and fever,functional constipation,churia,achalasia of cardia and purpura of thrombocytopenic purpura are recorded and discussed in this paper,which are highly favored by patients.
