休粮提升脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯水平与抗衰老的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的:成人脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯(DHEAS)随着年龄的增加而下降,该物质亦用于记忆力减退、老年痴呆、女性卵巢早衰等衰老性疾病的辅助治疗,休粮是古人用于延年益寿的一种养生保健方法,文章探讨休粮提升DHEAS的水平与休粮抗衰老的关系;方法:在杭州汉库医学检验所有限公司职员中招募休粮受试者,自愿参加,休粮时间为4天,休粮过程中服用由南昌市焙荒科技合伙企业提供的休粮片,每日服用休粮片15~30片,每片净重1 g,休粮过程中除休粮片外,不服用任何其他食物,但可以饮用矿泉水,饮水量不限。在休粮前、后采集受试者晨起空腹血清,用超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪检测血清DHEAS及相关甾体激素。结果:受试者6人,休粮前DHEAS为(2243.85±725.26)ng/mL,休粮后为(4220.94±2179.02)ng/mL,休粮前后比较P=0.04,有显著性差异,休粮后较休粮前DHEAS水平大幅提升。结论:休粮可以提升DHEAS水平,推测休粮抗衰老作用可能与提升DHEAS水平有关。Objective:Adult serum dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DHEAS)levels decrease with age.DHEAS is often used as an adjuvant treatment for aging diseases such as memory loss,Alzheimer's disease,and premature ovarian failure in women.Fasting is a health care method used by the ancients to prolong life.The article explores the relationship between fasting to improve the level of DHEAS and antiaging.Methods:Recruiting fasting subjects from the staff of Hangzhou Hanku Medical Laboratory Co.Ltd.,volunteering to participate,fasting for 4 days.taking the Xiuliang tablets provided by Nanchang Beihuang Technology Partnership during the fasting process,taking daily 15-30 tablets,each with a net weight of 1g.During the fasting process,except for Xiuliang tablets,do not take any other foods,but you can drink mineral water without limitation.The subjects'morning fasting serum was collected before and after fasting,and the serum DHEAS and related steroid hormones were detected by ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer.Results:6 subjects participated in the fasting trial,the serum DHEAS level before fasting was(2243.85±725.26)ng/mL,and after fasting was(4220.94±2179.02)ng/mL.The comparison between before and after fasting is statistically significant,P=0.04.After fasting,the level of DHEAS increased significantly compared with before fasting.Conclusion:Fasting can increase the level of DHEAS.It is speculated that the anti-aging effect of fasting may be related to the increase of DHEAS level.
