佳蓉片联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察佳蓉片联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—12月在我院拟行腹腔镜手术治疗的136例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组各68例。对照组仅接受腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用佳蓉片联合腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、妊娠率、复发率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的临床疗效、妊娠率均高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项指标均优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:佳蓉片治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕疗效确切,可有效改善卵巢功能和相关临床指标,提高患者妊娠率,且复发率和不良反应发生率较低,治疗安全性较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiarong tablet combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility.Methods:136 cases with endometriosis infertility who were treated by laparoscopy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 68 cases each.The control group received laparoscopy only,and the observation group received Jiarong tablets combined with laparoscopy.To compare the clinical efficacy,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:The curative effect,pregnancy rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiarong tablets are effective in treating endometriosis with infertility and can effectively improve the ovarian function and related clinical index,increase the pregnancy rate of patients,and the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate are lower,the treatment safety is better.
